Kitsu Coffee is a small business exporting Colombian green coffee. This page explains, in plain language, what information we receive when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry or sample request through a form on this site, we receive:
- Your name
- Your company or roastery
- Your country
- Your email address
- Your estimated order volume and your message
- Which coffee you asked about (if any), and the page and language you used
We only receive what you type into the form. We don't create accounts and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your business inquiry and, if you place an order, to process and ship it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Formspree, our form provider
Our contact forms are delivered by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party service. When you submit a form, your information is sent to and stored by Formspree, which forwards it to our inbox. Formspree processes the data on our behalf and under its own privacy policy:
Other services this site uses
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
- On the products page, an exchange-rate service (open.er-api.com) is contacted to show approximate prices in Korean won.
- Your browser remembers your language choice and the latest exchange rate on your device. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
- If you contact us through WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE or Instagram, that app's own privacy policy applies to the conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as we need them to answer you and to manage any resulting order, or as long as we are legally required to (for example, invoicing records).
Deleting your information
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Just email us and we will take care of it, including asking Formspree to remove your submission:
