These terms apply to quotes, sample requests and orders of green coffee from Kitsu Coffee, a company registered in Colombia. We sell to businesses (roasteries, cafés and importers), not to consumers.
Minimum order
The minimum order is 25 kg in total per order, combining any of our coffees in whatever quantities you like. Larger volumes on request. Free samples are separate and don't count toward the minimum.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars per kilogram, taxes not included. International shipping is invoiced separately. Prices are updated monthly and may change without notice; the price confirmed on your invoice is the one that applies to your order.
Payment
We accept bank transfer (SWIFT), PayPal and Wise. Transfer and processing fees may apply depending on the method. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is required before goods are shipped. Account details are sent with your invoice once the order is confirmed.
Samples
Free samples are available only to verified coffee professionals and businesses currently sourcing green coffee. We may ask for details about your business before approving a request, and we may decline requests we cannot verify.
